Thanksgiving

This year we had Thanksgiving Dinner at Carrie and Levi's house. I love how my family came to instead of us going all over the place. We had a great time together and great food!! Thanks to the Staten's for hosting it! Were so grateful for everything that God has given our family.

Toddler Bed Time!

I'm so sorry I haven't posted in a long time but now it's catch up time. So back in Novemeber we got Bentley a Toddler bed and her face lit up when we put it in her room. She was so proud of it. The first two weeks she did really good in her bed, but now is a different story. She won't sleep in her bed at all except for nap time but then she sleeps on her floor. At bedtime we absoutley can't make her stay in her room it takes us about an 1 or 2 for her just to fall asleep either on her floor or in the middle of the hallway. I think its time for a gate at the door!!

Our Cruise

I know it has taken me along time to do this post....so here I go. We had so much fun on this cruise. We got to relax on the ship, eat lots of food, play cards, lay out in the sun, go to shows, watch karaoke, go do waterslides it's defiantly the way to travel. Our first port was Progresso. We went to the ruins, we shopped, Tommy ate mexican food and we just walked around. Our 2nd port was Cozumel. I LOVED Cozumel. We went to the beach and I got a back massage. Which was great. Then we went snorkeling with Carrie and Levi. We had such a great time looking at the colorful fish and coral reefs. After that Tommy went back on the ship and I shopped a little and then back to the ship. Then we just relax some more until we got back to New Orleans. Expecting Baby #2

On Tuesday we found out that we were expecting baby #2. I was very shocked and excited at the same time. I really didn't think we would of gotten pregnant so fast, but the both of us are just thrilled as can be. Tommy has been in Little Rock working so we haven't really got the chance to celebrate yet. Today I went outside and there was this big box on the porch. I was thinking I didn't order anything lately, so I took it in and opened it and it was two dozen red roses from Tommy. That said Congratulations Babe! Love ya lots!! Let's just say that my heart melted. I have the sweetest husband ever!! Thanks Tommy!!

Trick- or- Treat

This was such a fun year for Bentley. She absoutley loved going up to houses even the spooky ones to get candy. She was a pink poodle because she loves dogs. Every house we would go to and if they had a dog she wouldn't care about the candy she would just stand there a say "Dog" "Dog". She's such a cutie.

Our 1st Camping Trip together!

At the beginning of October we went on a camping trip with Jared and Courtney Gorden. It was an intertesting one if I have to say so myself. After all we had the best food I have ever had on a camping trip. We had chicken fajitas and and a peach cobbler. After eating we just sat around the camp fire and talked well we heard something in the trees so we got the flashlight and shined it in that direction and it's a skunk! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The boys wanted to "Sleep under the stars" Courtney and I obviously didn't like the idea so Peggy gave us a tent to use, and the boys told us on the way down there that they forgot the tent. We were not very happy about that either. So we decide to get in our sleeping bags "under the stars" and were talking and looking at the stars and then I hear something so I shine the flashlight and the skunk is right there by us now, there was no way I was going to sleep. Then were all laying there and it starts to rain. Courtney and I at this point are going back to the truck. The boys are talking to each other in pig latin and they bring out the tent. We were cracking up because they are setting the tent up in the dark and in the rain. WE LOVED HAVING THE TENT!! Thanks boys for finally coming to your senses!! Then the next day we eat breakfast and go on a 4 hour hike. It was a long hike and Courtney wasn't very happy with Jared since she just had a C-section 2 months prior. All and all it was a fun trip we had a great time, and can't wait until the next time we get to go.
